For the best experience, we recommend groups of 6 to 12 members. However, we allow flexibility, with a minimum of 4 members and a maximum of 15 to ensure an engaging and supportive environment.
No, we do not recommend coed groups, as we have found that same-gender groups encourage deeper conversations and create a more comfortable space for sharing personal and professional challenges.
Each group has the flexibility to choose what works best for its members. Groups can meet in person, virtually, or even adopt a hybrid approach based on what’s most convenient.
The program is designed to fit into a busy professional’s schedule. We recommend each group meet twice a month for 2-hour sessions. Each meeting includes homework that takes approximately 1 hour per week. We suggest taking breaks during the Christmas season and summer to accommodate members’ schedules.
Our membership operates on a one-year commitment, with the option to renew each year. The full program is designed as a three-year journey, allowing for in-depth learning and application. Tuition is non-refundable.
Yes! Facilitators receive specialized training to ensure they are equipped to lead effectively. In addition, group members also receive training to maximize their experience.
Yes! If you would like to be in a group, but don’t have other members to from a group, we can add you to our Connect Group waitlist. MasterPlan can either put you in a local group or you can be a member of a virtual group.
