Our Mission
Our Mission is to train business leaders to effectively apply proven biblical principles to every area of their lives and businesses so they may achieve the greatest measures of success and impact the world for Christ.
Our Vision
Our Vision is to become a worldwide ministry equipping business leaders to accomplish God’s will and advance God’s kingdom.

Our Story
MasterPlan Business Leaders exists to equip Christian professionals with the tools, wisdom, and relationships they need to succeed. Our program is built on a structured group experience and Bible-based curriculum that helps business owners, executives, and aspiring leaders thrive in every area of life—spiritually, professionally, and personally.
We believe real transformation happens in community. That’s why our model centers on peer-led groups that meet regularly to discuss real-life topics through a biblical lens. Together, members build accountability, share wisdom, and walk through a structured discipleship journey using practical content from leading voices in business and faith.
Founded by Steve Dulin, the program has grown from a local ministry to a global movement—serving thousands of business leaders over the last 25+ years. What started with a few men seeking God’s way in business has become a proven model for lasting impact.

Meet Our Founder
Steve Dulin is the Founder and CEO of MasterPlan Business Leaders. After a successful 20+year career as the owner and president of Milestone Construction, Steve sold his business to pursue full-time ministry and train Christian business leaders to lead with biblical integrity.
Since founding MasterPlan in 1996, Steve has grown the program from a small group of men into a global initiative—impacting thousands through a structured, faith-based curriculum. His work has been featured on TBN, Daystar, and podcasts like Don Yaeger’s Corporate Competitor and WallBuilders. In 2006, he received the LASER award from King’s College and Seminary for his influence in the business world as “Salt and Light.”
Steve has also developed business programs used in some of the largest churches in the country. He and his wife Melody have been married over 40 years and enjoy life with their two daughters, son-in-law, and three grandchildren.
