These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://masterplanbusinessleaders.com (the “Website”), operated by MasterPlan Business Leaders, a Texas nonprofit corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website immediately.

These Terms apply only to this public-facing informational Website. They do not apply to our separate membership, application, and financial transaction platform located at https://app.masterplanministries.org/church/mbl, which is governed by its own separate terms of service and policies.

The Website provides general information about our nonprofit ministry, biblically based leadership development programs, events, curriculum overviews, and free or low-cost downloadable resources. The Website does not process payments, create member accounts, or provide login functionality.

Because we are a Texas nonprofit corporation, our liability is further limited by the Texas Charitable Immunity and Liability Act and other applicable nonprofit protections.
